Eid ul Fitr Mubarak 1447

From the Chairperson’s deskلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ‎ EID MUBARAK As the blessed month of Ramadan draws to a close, we stand at the threshold of Eid; a day of gratitude, reflection, and renewed commitment to the values that define us as an Ummah. This Eid comes at a time when the world is witnessing immense turmoil and uncertainty. The ongoing conflict involving America, Israel, and Iran reminds us that humanity continues to struggle with the consequences of war and injustices. For more than a century, JHESS has stood as a beacon of hope within ourcommunity. Through the generosity of our donors and the tireless efforts of our volunteers: Food parcels continue to reach families facing hardship.Bursaries empower deserving students to pursue education and break cycles of poverty.Orphans, among the most vulnerable in our society, receive care, support, and dignity. These acts of kindness are not merely charity; they are living expressions of the spirit of Ramadan. Allah reminds us in the Qur’an: “The example of those who spend their wealth in the way of Allah is like a seed of grain...
