Solidarity with our Hujjaj/Pilgrims
Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, La ilaha illallah, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, wa lillahil Hamd
As we welcome the sacred days of Dhul Hijjah and celebrate the blessed occasion of Eid ul-Adha, I extend heartfelt Eid Mubarak greetings to you and your families on behalf of JHESS.
To our beloved Hujjaj, we pray that Allah accepts your Hajj, grants you a safe return, and allows you to come back spiritually renewed, carrying the light of Arafah in your hearts. May your pilgrimage be a source of inspiration and transformation for our communities.
Eid ul-Adha is a time of sacrifice, reflection, and unity – a reminder of the
unwavering faith of Prophet Ibrahim (AS) and the mercy of Allah. In this spirit, we are also compelled to remember those for whom this Eid will not bring festivity but continued suffering.
Our hearts are with the oppressed people of Gaza, and with all those enduring pain and injustice across the world—in Sudan, Yemen, Syria, Kashmir, Rohingya, the Uyghurs, and all places afflicted by violence and displacement.
We cannot celebrate fully while our brothers and sister’s bleed. We make du’a that Allah grants them relief, justice, and freedom.
Let this Eid renew in us a spirit of gratitude, a resolve to stand for truth, support the oppressed, and embody the values of compassion and sacrifice in all we do.
May your sacrifices be accepted, your prayers answered, and your hearts filled with peace.
Eid Mubarak!!
